The process is as follows:

| Select the file you want to add to the gallery. | Complete details about the picture. | Picture is approved by LBHM Team. | Picture goes live onto LBHM site. |
| Files chosen need to be smaller than 30KB in size. They should be of dimensions 300 pixels wide. | Here you are asked to complete a title, caption, story and your submission detials. If you are submitting pictures of other people, please be sure they are aware of the submission and that they are not identifiable by what is said abou the picture. | Within 7 days, the LBHM team will check your submission and approve or deny adding it to the live site. | Provided your picture is approved, it will be added to the live gallery. |
