Requirements for membership.

Membership is for bald people regardless of age or sex. Even though the name suggests members be male, we are not exclusive. Although by the very nature of baldness, history shows us that nearly all people joining are male. It is anticipated that a group geared mainly for women will be established in the not too distant future

Therefore the only requirement for membership is that you perceive yourself to be in a state of balding. Whether you are or not is up to you because in matters of baldness, perception is reality.

The League of Bald Headed Men encourages people to accept their baldness. No lotions, rugs or transplants. Therefore, even if you have some hair and are still quavering in your psychological developmental journey from disbelief to denial, onward through anxiety, to the glowing light of acceptance and finally the exalted and higher state of pride, ‘The League of Bald Headed Men’ will accept, support and embrace you.

Remember that bald men are proud men. They understand and accept their biological fate for which they realise there is no realistic escape. Nor do those who have reached pride and acceptance want to escape. Bald truly is beautiful.
