DELIVERY & PAYMENT
All efforts are made to delivered ordered items from bald.com.au within the allocated timeframes, with 3 to 5 days being the standard time frame from receipt of order. Please see Delivery & Payment Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUND
Items that have been purchased can be returned to the League under certain circumstances and conditions. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy.

DELIVERY
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The League of Bald Headed Men if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

On most occasions items purchased will be sent by registered mail. By making an order you are agreeing to any risks associated with this method of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Delivery of all items will be between 3 to 5 days depending on distance from distribution source.

PARTIAL DELIVERY
If no stock exists in any particular line, you will be notified of any adjusted delivery time. If it forms part of your order you will be given the choice of partial delivery with additional freight costs when the full order can be fulfilled or waiting to make a complete order.

CANCELLATION BY YOU
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 0411 705 995. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.

COST
Delivery and handling costs are standardised for most items at $5 anywhere in Australia. This is our base delivery cost. However, larger and more bulkier items or a larger group order may differ depending on their destination. Where this is the case, you will be notified within the product ordering section. This cost is calculated according to the following equation: base cost + weight/volume cost x distance factor = total cost.

DISCLAIMER
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

When you are ready to finalise payment on your purchase, you have a couple of options.

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account.

RECEIPT

Ensuring that our members remain being a happy member of the League is our number one priority. Also, that non members feel happy to support the League in some way. However, certain rules and policies are in place to protect everyone including the League. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, we will refund or exchange the full amount.

MAKING A RETURN
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply complete the Returns Form and put it with the returning item in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

Please ensure that you enclose the Returns Form with all relevant details filled out.

REFUNDS
The League of Bald Headed Men can process a refund. We will:
- credit your credit card.
The amount refunded/exchanged will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
- a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be exchanged to the same value.

EXCHANGES
To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new product you require on the Returns Form. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how you wish to be charged or credited.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from The League of Bald Headed Men because you have changed your mind, have the wrong size or are unhappy with the item. Please note that this does not apply to the following items;
- Tickets purchased for an advertised event.
- Any cosmetic type product

If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep an appropriate proof of return (preferably registered mail). Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 30 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return

In the event of a return by you or the recipient of an item, we will exchange or refund in the form of another item or part credit of an item available from the League of Bald Headed Men. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to The League of Bald Headed Men and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, or other associated fees.

Where clothing is returned due to incorrect size purchased, an additional repackaging fee will be charged of $2. Please be careful with selected sizings chosen and use the size guide where it is provided.

Goods purchased between 20 November and 25 December can be returned until 31 January of the following year.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY UPON DELIVERY
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on any product warranty card as and if specified by the manufacturer.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to The League of Bald Headed Men. The League of Bald Headed Men reserves the right to use discretion on any suspicious claims and reserves the right of refusal of refund on these grounds.
